How PoolRez works

For guests
Scan, pick, sit.
Guests scan the QR code posted at your pool and land in Poolside — the guest web experience. They pick an open lounger by zone and label, get a confirmation, and check in when they arrive.
Check-in is GPS-verified, so a reservation means someone is actually coming. And guests never create an account: no email, no password, no app store. Scan and go.
For attendants
Run the deck, skip the drama.
Attendants see every lounger live: open, reserved, checked in, or needs attention. When a reserved chair turns up occupied — or a towel is holding an empty one — the conflict lands in their queue, not in a poolside argument.
They resolve it with the reservation record in hand, and release no-shows and abandoned chairs back to guests who'll actually use them.
For admins
Set the rules once.
Admins describe the deck instead of drawing it: zones like Front Row and chair labels like A-1 through A-12. Print the generated QR code, post it at the pool, and you're taking reservations.

Common questions
Do guests need to download an app?
No. The QR code opens Poolside, the guest web experience, right in the phone’s browser. There is nothing to install.
Do guests need to create an account?
Never. Zero guest signup is a core PoolRez principle — guests scan, pick a chair, and check in. That’s the whole flow.
We’re not a hotel — can we use PoolRez?
Yes. PoolRez works for any pool: HOAs, apartment communities, swim and athletic clubs, as well as resorts and hotels. It is not gated to overnight hotel guests.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Create a free account, add zones and chair labels, and print your QR code — there is no floor plan to draw and no sales process.
